the annual report. Therefore, a symbol was used, that signifies
balance and at the same time is firmly rooted in the building industry:
the water level. A fully functional level was incorporated
into the report and is visible on every page. On the title page as
well as on the main chapter pages, opposed words, attitudes and
values are written on either side of the level, which lead the company
to success when in perfect balance.
